Kohli, Khajad’s ranking improvement, overtakes Liton

Australian opener Usman Khazar had a great year with the bat. At the beginning of the new year, he kept that rhythm, played an unbeaten innings of 195 runs against South Africa. Which has been touched in the ranking of ICC test batsmen. Khawaja has moved up four steps to number eight in the batsmen’s rankings.

Virat Kohli’s century in the first ODI of the series against Sri Lanka has moved Kohli two places in the ranking of batsmen in ODIs.

Pakistan captain Babar Azam is the only batsman in the top five batsmen of all three editions. Shakib Al Hasan has retained the top position in the all-rounder ranking in T20. Liton is one step behind in Test batting at number 12.

The South Africa-Australia Test series is largely affected by this week’s ICC update. New Zealand’s two Tests and the India-Sri Lanka T20 series and the first ODI in Pakistan.

Usman Khawaja’s team-mate Marnus Labuschagne has retained his top spot in the Test batsmen rankings. Saud Shakil, who scored his first career century against New Zealand, moved up 20 steps. It is number 30.
