It looks like there could be trouble ahead for Tiger Woods.
Woods’ now-apparent ex-girlfriend, Erica Herman, is taking the 47-year-old golf legend to court in an attempt to void the non-disclosure agreement Woods signed at the start of their relationship – claiming the NDA should not have been enforced. Because of the Speak Out Act, it provides an exemption in scenarios where there is evidence of sexual assault or harassment.
In court documents obtained by TMZ, Herman says Woods is trying to “aggressively enforce” the NDA he signed around August 2017.
It’s not clear if she’s accusing Woods of any particular indifference, though it’s clear she’s wanted to publicly share her experiences with him throughout their nearly six-year relationship.

Interestingly, there is still no official news of a split, although Woods and Herman have not been seen together in public for quite some time. The most recent photos of the longtime couple were at the US Open (tennis) on August 31, 2022.
Herman was not expected to compete in the PGA Tour’s Genesis Invitational in February – Woods’ first time competing on Tour since the Open Championship in 2022.
