900 MIX = 300 Ch S + 200 Ch K + 100 Ch D + 6 x 50 w/10 RI D/B x 25

    6 x 50 @ 1:00 Br D Alt 1 Pullout/1 Stk
    4 x 50 @ 1:00 Br DPS -1 Stk/50
    6 x 50 @ 1:00 Bk D 2-2-1 w/paddles
    4 x 50 @ 1:00 Bk DPS w/6-BK
    6 x 50 @ 1:00 Fly D 3-K + RAO/LAO x 25 w/fins & snork
    4 x 50 @ 1:00 Fly S w/fins
    
7 x 100 @ 4:00 SP K for time
